Several months since the introduction of tariffs, and despite our compliance with all US regulatory requirements, our books are still disappearing upon arrival in the United States or being returned to sender here in Ireland.

Attempts to resolve the situation only add to the confusion, and we are unable to continue losing several hundred dollars per month on the loss/theft/destruction of cultural materials and on unrecoupable shipping for undeliverable items.
