At sixty-four pages this is a substantial issue, from a magazine that won Programme of the Year ten times — its masthead lists 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.

The standout is a long essay asking how long Dundalk's dominance could last: 'there's a reasonable chance that Dundalk are playing to seal the 2019 League of Ireland Premier Division title tonight, with Shamrock Rovers cast in the role of party poopers. (Nobody likes a party pooper, Hoopers!)… With a ludicrously entertaining EA Sport Cup final successfully negotiated, the President's Cup in the bag and an FAI Cup semi-final to come the sky seems to be the limit for this extraordinary squad. Long may it continue… but will it?' It then works through the fate of every previous League of Ireland dynasty — Cork United winning five titles in six in the 1940s and going bust, reforming as Cork Athletic and going bust again; Shelbourne's six in eight in the noughties and spectacular implosion; Waterford's six in eight to 1973; and Shamrock Rovers' four-in-a-row side of the eighties descending 'into a mire of homelessness, poverty and ultimately examinership'.

Club secretary Colm Murphy's editorial covers the EA Sports Cup final won at the Ryan McBride Brandywell and praises the 850 travelling supporters who rounded on a handful of pitch invaders. The directory names head coach Vinny Perth with John Gill and Ruaidhrí Higgins coaching, and a tribute to a former player runs inside.
