The club caters for the small-chassis Triumphs – Herald (948, 1200, 12/50 and 13/60), Vitesse (Six, 2-Litre and Mk2), Spitfire (MkI to 1500) and GT6 (MkI to MkIII) – and for the Bond Equipe and other cars built on their mechanicals. This issue belongs to Volume 20 of The Courier, which closed with No. 240 (June 2000); 2000 was also the year leaded four-star petrol was withdrawn from general sale in the UK. Back issues are sought by owners and restorers for their period technical advice, prices, club history and photographs of the cars. 84 pages including covers, 15 x 21 cm, illustrated throughout, with a full-colour cover. THEMES: Triumph Sports Six Club, Triumph Herald 1200 convertible, saving a Spitfire, Millennium Exhibition, Thirsk 1999 rally, concours, Herald 13/60, Bond, Triumph specials.
